A) Health & Hygiene:

 

1. To render service and treatment to the poor patient, to organize General Heath camp encourage for blood donation, make social establishment for the deaf, dump and the physically challenged.
2. Meeting the basic needs such as drinking water, sanitation, immunization, family planning, primary health care, nutrition, energy, housing etc. to the needy poor people.
3. To check up the poor patient at low rate through the establishment of a clinic in the name of organization.

B) Drug Abuse , T.B., Cancer , Hepatitis B and HIV / AIDS Program:

 

1. Identification, awareness building program, education etc. for drug abuse prevention besides education work for prohibition. Conducting programs in the backward rural and tribal areas and urban slums which are poorly serviced by existing services.
2. Planning, co-operation, implementation and monitoring of Drug Abuse, T.B., Cancer, Hepatitis-B and HIV/AIDS preventions and control programs at the State level. Also to provide and promote health education activities, family counseling, particularly in the rural area and urban slums of the State and also to set up early Cancer detection facilities and hold Cancer detection groups. Conducting intensive and extensive propaganda for educating and motivating people for voluntary blood donation. The organization will set up Anti Drugs Addiction Centers for welfare of ST (Hills) and other communities.

C) Disabled:

 

1. To provide complete rehabilitation ( Education & Training ) to the persons with Mental retardation, Orthopedically Disables, Hearing Impaired, Visual Disabled, Cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and multiple disabilities.
2. To provide Aids and Appliances of quality that could promote their physical, social and psychological rehabilitation of the needy person.
3. To promote developing services in the area of prevention of disabilities through Community awareness and participation.

D) In the field of Rehabilitation & Research:

 

1. Conducting the research in the field of Disability, Social Welfare, Social policy and Social Development. Organizing the workshops/Seminars which would help to disseminate research finding, identity problem areas, discuss social problems.
2. To motivate the youth to take in the envisaged training programs whereby they could learn skills and technique which would enable them to function batter as productive citizens. Implement programs for the youth and facilitate their involvement in development activities especially in rural areas.
3. Protect and Rehabilitation of maladjusted children would be strengthened through assistance for developing the infrastructure keeping in the Juvenile Act, and also Rehabilitation and prevention of Juvenile of Juvenile social maladjustment.
4. To undertake research, including evaluation studies/ projects, workshop, seminars helpful in orienting developmental programs, dissemination of knowledge and exchange of experience and publication of literature.
5. The society will promotion and service / production handloom, sericulture and handicraft product: (a) Product research and experiment are focuses on the field of Bamboo and cane Crafts, wood, brass metal, reed work, soil pith, pottery, terracotta, vegetable dying, hand block printing, jewelers, thangka painting, ceramic, stone curving etc.
6. Improvement of processing method and introduction of new skills and facilities, increasing productivity and raising the level of product quality. Studies of various craft, raw materials, Development of new crafts and improvement of old products so as to increase their additional values. Application of the traditional skills and designs so as to develop products with national Characteristic and style.
7. Organizing exhibition about handicraft in India and abroad for exploring market avenues.

E) In the field of Cultural Affairs:

 

1. In the field of cultural affairs, the society will work for preservation and development of ancient and prevailing Assamese as well as NE Regional Culture and other analogous Indian culture through establishment of Sangeet Vidyalaya and School of Dance & Drama.
2. Performance of Cultural shows on Folk songs, Dances, Instrumental music, Staging of dramas of Assamese as well as NE Regional Cultural within the state of North East India.
3. To create awareness on art and cultural among the children, youths and tribal peoples.

F) Street Children, S.C., S.T., OBC and Minorities:

 

1. Providing integrated , community based non-instrumental services for the care , protections and development of Street Children’s facing destitution, neglect, abuse and exploitation, Non-formal education to street children, Scheduled Tribes,  Scheduled Cast, Minorities and Urban slum Dwellers and also cater to their health and family welfare.
2. To open private school for SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Weaker sections and people of the society.

G) Women , Widows and Child Welfare:

 

1. Helping the economic and social empowerment of women through provision of Micro credit, skill training, increased income earning opportunities, support services, child care and nutrition services.
2. Preparing the target groups of development by imparting to them basic skills (Life skills, Communication skills as tools of production and production and productivity, managerial skills, leadership skills and survival skills.)
3. Mobilization and organization of the poor including specially disadvantaged and vulnerable sections of the society such as women  disabled and aged preceded by education, awareness building with a view to empowering them , breaking the culture of silence an dependence and to put people at the lowest strategy of the society on a foundation of individual and collective self reliance with a view to converting them from passive recipients of roles to active participants in the process of planned development.
4. To make legal awareness among the poor and vulnerable sections of the society in regards to the right and benefits conferred upon them by special welfare law and Govt. schemes and measures.
5. To organize the youth and women forces to abolish social evils like consumption of drugs, alcohol and to prevent AIDS and render maternity and children welfare services to the people.
6. To improve the Economic conditions of the villagers by formation of self-Help of weaving, Handicrafts and handloom, sericulture, fisheries, dairy farming, Botanical Garden and other such indigenous cultural practices.
7. The organization will set up a child adoption centre and Anti-drugs addiction centre for the Welfare of ST (Hills and Plains) and other communities.

H) Sports and Games:

 

1. To the development of Games & Sports in all sectors, to provide adult education, technical, education, establishment crashes for the greater interest of public.

I) Environment:

 

1. To promote Eco-tourism centre , nature camps , eco-tours , jungle safari etc. for the greater interest of new generation.

J) Disaster Management:

 

1. At the time of natural calamities like food, earthquake, landslides etc. the society will work for the interest of public.
2. To organize awareness among common people thought street play, poster, leaflet, sticker and seminar about natural calamities.
